Swedish Massage
Using
a conventional massage table, various massage strokes are used to work the muscle and tissues to help relieve
pain, relax, stimulate and tone the whole body. A very good therapy for muscular aches and tension (particularly neck, back,
shoulder and hip pain), repetitive strain injuries and stiff joints. Encourages the body to relax.
On
Site Massage
A seated massage given in a specially designed chair with client fully clothed. By using
acupressure, the massage brings about relaxation
then invigorates your body. Proven to help in reducing stress, repetitive strain
injuries and boosting your immune system. This treatment is perfectly suited for use in the workplace
but is just as effective in the treatment room.
